We use Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery for all domestic UK orders. Shipment is expected to take place the next working day for orders placed before 1pm and the following working day for all other orders. Customers should therefore expect to receive their order within four working days (if not before). 

For international orders, we also use tracked delivery, so customers are able to see up to date shopping information and order arrival expectations. Obviously, delivery times vary depending on location and we would suggest a 10-working day delivery expectation as a guide. 

GP Vita and our production partners do not test on animals, and we are proud that VITA is cruelty-free, with no animal products forming any part of the ingredients or packaging. We use 100% vegetable-based inks and ensure any adhesives used in the packaging do not use or contain any animal-derived ingredients. We are exploring third-party accreditation to validate that VITA is cruelty-free.

We are currently exploring having samples we can send out as well as discussing stocking VITA with a number of high street retailers where it could also be sampled. Right now we don’t have any samples ready yet and will update the website as soon as we have any further news.
